Parisa Montazaran is an aspiring singer and native of New York. The daughter of Iranian immigrants, Parisa's heritage and Muslim faith haven't always been welcomds in post-911 America. In 2007, she brought her unique perspective to MTV's "The Real World" for the season based in Sydney, Australia.
Moreso than her work in front of the camera, Parisa's voice has caught the ear of industry professionals nationwide. Parisa attended a well-known New York performing arts school, and refined her voice through countless live performances at New York University Basketball games and such industry-renowned venues as The Village Underground. Her sound has been described as "a flawless look into both the harmony and restlessness of the human soul." In her free time, Parisa makes personal appearances. She speaks about religious tolerance, safer sex practices and STD awareness.
