Ariel’s sound and musical style has been compared to David Bowie, The Stooges and The Strokes. He’s released three full-length albums and three individual single releases. Most recent is his new EP, the bEdRoom tapeS, which was released in early July. A regular on LOGO, Ariel has had three videos top 'The Click List' countdown, including his cover of the Psychedelic Furs’ 80s classic “Pretty in Pink,” which retired from the countdown after 18 weeks and made it to their “Top Ten of 2009”. The song was also part of a partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where he donated all proceeds from sales of the single to help the fight against Breast Cancer. He's a seasoned performer with many Prides under his belt; other live performance highlights include a main slot at the 40th Anniversary Commemorative Concert & Benefit – “STONEWALL” at the Nokia Theatre in Times Square and being selected as the exclusive performer during MTV Networks’ National Coming Out Day event in October 2009. This summer, Ariel played featured slots at Queens, Brooklyn, San Diego, and Baltimore Prides, along with the Power of Pride benefit concert in NYC.
